This months' theme is "Ready, Steady, Glow! 5 Feel-Good Faves" and I received:
- Inlight Organic Daily Face Oil
- Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Body Oil
- Xen-Tan Deep Bronze Luxe Weekly Self Tan
- Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Marvel
- Ciaté Paint Pot in Bog Yellow Taxi (074)
I am so excited by this product! I have been wanting to try Ciaté for a while now and I saw Fleur (FleurDeForce) wearing it in one of her videos I just had to have it. It's such a beautiful bright yellow and the name does all of the describing for you. The formula is really smooth, the bottle and handle are so easy to hold and the brush is wide enough to cover the whole nail, streak-free. This is a full sized sample and would cost £9.00 from Ciaté.
The next product is another I've been wanting to try for a while. Xen-Tan is a self tanning product which has won so many awards and is widely credited by beauty gurus as the best self-tanning product on the market. I'm looking forward to using this due to the huge amount of fantastic reviews it has received. It is not overly scented but does still have that biscuity fake tan smell, and considering the colour is 'Deep' the actual product is not that scary dark brown colour which I expected (much like the St.Moriz dark colour). I will definitely be doing a more in depth review of this product when I use it! This is a 30ml sample size, the full sized product costs £28.99 from Xen-Tan.
This product will have excited so many when they opened the box this morning. This Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Marvel is a gorgeous yellow-gold shimmer pigment which can be used universally as a highlight, mixed in with eyeshadow, blush and so much more. It's a really finely milled pigment and the packaging is beautiful and sleek. Really looking forward to incorporate this into my make up. This again is a full sized product and costs £15.50 from Illamasqua.
This is the Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Body Oil. It is formulated to help slow the ageing process (not that I need that just now!) whilst smoothing and firming the skin. I have heard of Weleda before, but have never tried anything from them, however I know that Adele is a great fan of the brand. This oil smells amazing and sweet and is meant to be used on damp skin (I know it's meant to smell of pomegranate, but to me it smells like lemon muffins!). I will definitely be doing a full review on this one too. Again this is a 100ml full-sized product and retails at £19.95 from Weleda.
The last product is from a brand I have never heard of. Doing a quick snippet of research I have found that Inlight are an organic brand which is suitable for vegans and vegetarians who create herbal ointments for all skin types, but are specifically great for dry and/or ageing skin types. I am a little hesitant about this product given the fact that it is an oil, and the BioEffect oil from June's Box left my skin in a bit of a state. I will give it a go however and hopefully the fact that it is completely natural will help avoid the previous disaster. This is AGAIN another full-sized 30ml product and retails at £25.00 from Inlight.
GlossyBox have outdone themselves this month with 4 full sized products! I didn't sign up to GlossyBox expected full sized products as it was all about sampling new products that I wouldn't usually try and discovering new brands, however this has been such an amazing surprise by the team at GlossyBox HQ and the full value of this box far exceeds the £10 (£12.95 from September) which I paid.
If you're impressed I suggest you sign up ASAP as the demand for the boxes has outstripped supply the past few months. I for one am definitely keeping up with my subscription! If you've missed out on the July GlossyBox, why not enter SkyLiving's competition to win 1 of 20 July GlossyBoxes HERE.
What did you think of the products? Did you get any variants?
