What's on my iPhone?...

I saw this tag video on one of my recent YouTube catch-up sessions and thought it would transpire well into a blog post. I love seeing what apps people use on a day to day basis so here's what my iPhone 5 is loaded up with: ...

YourTea Tiny Tea Teatox

So here we are 7 days into my Tiny Tea Teatox and I've really enjoyed it! The first thing I noticed is how much my skin has cleared up. I genuinely didn't think that this was a benefit of the tea, considering it is essentially a 'weight loss' system ...

MAC Studio Sculpt Foundation: Review...

After a few recommendations from friends and Twitter, I purchased the Studio Sculpt Foundation from my local MAC counter. At £23 it's reasonable for a high-end foundation given the 40ml of product you receive, but for a high-street girl a slight dent in the pocket. However, I use the SMALLEST amount when I do my makeup with this, it just seems to go on forever.

The coverage is very full and so I've been mixing it with my Soap & Glory Hocus Focus for everyday coverage, which helps to give this matte finish foundation a nice natural glow, but for a night out, the coverage gives a flawless finish which photographs great and lasts without touch ups. Perfect! I do not have amazing skin and great coverage is always something I need in a foundation and as I often go to work and then uni I never usually have time to touch-up so longevity is must.

Given the amount of product I'm using, I think this is going to last a fair while, and so far, I've not had the breaking out issue I had with Studio Fix Fluid. I also like the squeeze tube, whilst a bit of a minefield trying to get the right amount out, it means you can get all the product out (using the old chop of the bottom trick) and there's no need to buy a pump.

Overall, I'd recommend this foundation if you're looking for a full coverage foundation, but if you like the natural dewy look, I'd recommend going for something else.

Much Love,
Lauran
